in response to deardarla...Darla thanks for the message and still waiting on approval for my disability. I have Bi-Polar with ADHD. Sometimes I feel so alone with my financial problems and being behind on my rent. Constant fear of being evictied and on the street.
in response to Starshine...Hi and thank you for your help. I am a little ignorant about HUD. When I looked in to it awhile back found that they only house low income families and those over the age of 62. I will look in to the other sites. I was contacted today from my disability person and they are going to schedule me to see their physician. I am a typical Bipolar person and do not like the meds they had me on. So of course I now act like I have a MD lol. I guess I need to get back on my meds and stick to them. When I tried to get talk therapy found since I had no money I quit going. I appreciate your concern and help. The reason I joined this site was to find some kind of solution to my problem. I know that all of us on this site have many different problems and I don't want everyone to think I am so different. We are all in this together. My little part time job that I have has now cut my hours causing me a lot of frustration. I am going though a Divorce right now also. Child support is killing me but understand that is my responsiblity. So that is all I have for now.

I am a 54 year old man and was diagnosed with Bi-Polar. I have taken many medications but frustrated because they never work. I weaned myself off of them and now going back through depression. I feel sometimes that I am going in circles and applied for disabilty but living on little income while waiting. I am behind on my rent of 3000.00 and just got another late notice stating that unless I pay something by 08-19-10 I will be evicted. I plan on going back to behavioral health center due to being scared of commiting suicide. When I get into my depression I feel this way. I do not know what to do and feel stuck with my situation. I worked last week and ony make 125.00. Man, I need help badly before I reach my end.
My 23 yr-old son has Asperger's Syndrome and Bi-Polar disorder, and was recently accepted for Disability benefits. I'm curious if there is any financial aid of any sort to help admit him into Innerce... see full post
